Camper & Nicholson 31 - Classic boat that underwent a substantial refit this past 2 years. Now for sale due to changed family circumstances. She is currently in Greece having sailed recently from Italy. She is a strong, seaworthy and reliable sailing yacht. She is surprisingly spacious inside and comfortable for a couple or small family. A safe, classic sailing yacht with a proven pedigree in excellent condition overall. List of refit jobs available on request.

She is on full Irish registry (Galway).

Accommodation

See photographs. from companionway entrance. Chart table with electric panel to starboard together with pilot berth. Port side, fridge, lockers and 2 flames' gas cooker with oven. Storage for provisions and cleaning products.
Past the first bulkhead, the saloon with foldable centre table and settee on both side (re-upholstered in 2025). Lockers for storage on sides and behind/below the settee. Forward from the bulkhead are the heads with Lavac toilet and basin. Shower head comes from the sink and can be used. However, the shower tray is currently unconnected to Henderson pump and the shower is not serviceable. Forward from the heads is a cabin with Double V berth with lea cloths. There is a centre piece that can be removed to make 2 separate berth. Storage under the bunks.

The hull is solid glass-fiber reinforced plastic, usually hand-laid with substantial thickness, giving it a stiff, robust feel and a reputation for durability. The deck is generally GRP-sheathed over a core or framed structure,
