Lying Kilada, near Porto Heli, GREECE. Kilada is a center for yachting in the Peloponnese area of Greece with modern lift out facilities and plenty of services including engineers, boat electricians, riggers and sail repairs.
Engine
Yanmar 3 cylinder 20hp diesel engine (3YM20 - refurbished and fitted 2026). Fresh water cooled with heat exchanger. Prop shaft drive to a two blade propellor. 100 litre stainless steel fuel tank. 1x 100ah engine battery and 2x 100ah service batteries charged by engine alternator. Clipper Battery Monitor BM-1Solar panel and Rutland 913 wind generator charging. Shorepower connections. Teleflex marine controls (new cables 2026).
Sails and Spars
Alloy masts and booms. Slab reefed mainsail, Furlex furling genoa, mizzen & spinnaker. Standing rigging in good order. 2x Lewmar main halyard winches, 1x Lewmar mizzen halyard winch and 2x Antal genoa sheet winches.
Cabin Details
Warm and welcoming wood interior cabin joinery. The forepeak has a good sized private heads compartment with a marine WC (with holding tank) and wash basin with cold water supply and shower hose. The saloon has two settee berths and a central drop leaf dining table. The galley is aft and to starboard, it is well equipped with:- a Force 10 two burner cooker with oven and grill, a stainless steel sink (with cold fresh water supply from a 180l stainless steel freshwater tank) and storage lockers. Engel 35l refrigerator 12v/240v Turbo Cooler.
There is a Navigation station/ chart table with seat to port and aft of the saloon. Aft of the Navigation station there is a quarterberth, further aft is the private aft cabin which has a double berth offset to starboard with locker storage.
Deck Equipment
25kg CQR anchor with 50m chain (new 2025). Lofrans electric anchor windlass. 1x Danforth kedge anchor with 20 metres chain and 40m warp rope.
