Who would like to take over this little doorway to freedom and fun around the Greek islands?

I bought her for 30 000 Euros in September '24 and immediately stored for the winter. I had gone down to Greece to look for a yacht and knew as soon as I saw her that she was the one. April '25 I had a survey which valued her as on or a little above what I paid, but which highlighted some necessary work. I went down for two months and worked my way through most of the list - new standing rigging, new jib furler, new seacocks, electrics sorted and improved etc.- spending 14000 Euros. The rigging company had promised to sort the one remaining largish job, but failed to do so and I ran out of time last year and thus re-stored her on land.

The remaining job is: strengthen the backstay anchor point (fibreglass work and larger metal plate). I have a quote for this with reputable local firm, which is around the 7000 Euro mark (including the VAT).

The other potential issue is VAT. VAT has been paid twice on this yacht, once in the UK when new and once in Ibiza when she moved to the EU. The VAT documents are stored with Ibiza customs and so far I have not managed to get them back, so I am listing as non-VAT.

She is a beautiful yacht and the Feeling 1090 has a great reputation for sailability. They are sought after. I decided to sell simply because my own circumstances have changed with family and plans.

There have been only 2 owners before me from new, no chartering. She was a holiday toy for the first owner and a floating home for the most recent Spanish owner and his Dutch partner. Part of the attraction when I bought was how proud he was of her, how much he loved and looked after her. (They are still around locally, now on a bigger yacht)

The PentaMarine engine was installed in 2003 and runs great.

Note: I would consider a swap with a UK based yacht or river/canal boat of similar value or with cash my way. Or with a small piece of land in the UK in the Bath/Somerset/Wilts area, or in France or Greece. Or make me an interesting and exciting offer!
