For sale: 1977 CSY 44 Walkover.
Stored on land in Plataria, Greece.

MELLIVORA is a classic ruggedly built cruising yacht. She is spacious and comfortable.
Since we have bought her, we have cruised her seasonally in Croatia, Italy, and Greece while constantly improving and upgrading her systems. She has proven to be reliable and safe boat with unique advantages for cruising in remote areas, like her 1500 liter water tanks. We have maintained a [nearly] comlete log of all the maintenance and improvement jobs done in the last 5 years we've owned her.

She still needs work, as any old boat does, especially cosmetic improvements. There are also numerous projects for which we have prepared the replacement parts, but have not gotten around to do yet, like a complete set of new custom made chainplates, new engine mounts, and more.

MELLIVORA is powered by a Perkins 4.236 with Borg Warner Velvet Drive gearbox and 3:1 reduction unit. The engine has been rebuilt by the previous owners.
Engine hours since rebuild: 1210. Total engine hours unknown, as the hour meter has been replaced during rebuild by the PO.
Engine is fitted with oil cooler for engine oil and gearbox oil.

Fwd shower has been converted to shelved storage by POs, but can be restored to its original function
Aft head has been converted to storage/shower unit. There's no marine head there, although the throughulls are still in place.
Fwd head has a dessicating, a.k.a. "composting" toilet by Kildwick. Throughulls are in place, to reinstall a marine head if necessary.

MELLIVORA is currently flagged in Germany.
