Description

Stored near Milan for some years then I brought it to Crete in 2015 for the owner.It has not left the marina since so there would have been little strain on the rigging. It has some extensive upgrades by the owner and has now asked me to sell it for him. It is German registered at the moment which makes it ideal for an EU citizens. There is a berth available, in possibly the cheapest marina in the Med or Aegean. It has a Lombardini engine which runs well. A brand new mainsail which has never been used. The roller reefing foresail is serviceable, it has an inner forestay, new mainsail and the mizzen also serviceable. Will need anti fouling and some cosmetic upgrades to be perfect.

Accommodation

Fore peak double with infill, escape hatch. Main cabin two settee berths. Stb walk through to aft cabin 2 bunks and aft cabin double. All berths have storage at side and under bunks. Aft cabin has 2 hanging lockers and five drawers. Also stair exit to cockpit. Wet hanging locker opposite bunk beds.
Port walk through has electric heads, wash basin and shower.
Main cabin has small chart table stb of companionway.
Port of companion way is the galley with 3 burner gas cooker with oven, gimballed. Sink with H and C water pressurised and foot pump for sea water. I 220v fridge opposite and 1 x 12v fridge under settee.
Table with two drop leaves with bottle storage in centre.
Storage in cupboards sides and under all. Led lights.

Construction

Laid up by a small yard in Italy. This is the only Ketch 36 I have seen. All the other 36s have Ben sloops. One is being restored from the ground up but I have lost the internet site. I'll post it if I can find it. Only seen one or two for sale, one ar €22,000 and the other at €18,000.

Lombardi new 2007 and had little use as it was in the yard in Italy (owner said 5 years but no verification) it was taken by me and the new owner to Crete and has been in the marina ever since. Regularly run up and serviced. No indication of an hours meter though. No smoke on starting and used no oil from Italy to Crete.

Sails & Spars

Roller genoa serviceable, inner forestay and second inner to roller furling for twin head sails, main brand new never been used, mizzen serviceable. Spinnaker pole.
Main mast keel stepped.
Rigging age unknown.
