This is a Beneteau Oceanis 311 Clipper 1999 model. She comes to the market appearing to be in tidy condition and with standing rigging replaced 2020 and new sails 2019. She has a very spacious cockpit for her size with tiller steering and I really like the ease of access through the lowered stern seat. Inside you have a nice big saloon area, forward V berth and good sized aft cabin. Interior upholstery and woodwork look to be in good condition.
