Vat paid. Surveyed 2018 with all recommendations completed.

An existing group of 4 shareholders of quarters with our oldest now wanting to sell 25% as health is restrictive on use. sailing season from May to October (normal Greece season or as agreed). Ownership agreement. Currently located in the Konidaris boatyard, Nidri, Greece. movement as agreed by shareholders.

Annual Costs. (Estimated), Boatyard store/launch, £2500, Guardian-age £200/month (allow one month), Insurance £600, Antifoul/Engine/polish £1500. Cruising Tax £100/month, Repair/replacement fund £1000. Total per share £1500.

Accommodation. 3 Doubles, 1 twin cabin with bedding, chart table, saloon with lowering table able to form additional double bed, hob/oven, double sink, refrigerator. Toilet 1 with shower, toilet 2 waste to holding tank or sea.
