Premier Fractions has the pleasure of offering shares in this beautiful 2001 Compromis Class 36 yacht (C-Yacht 11.00), on behalf of our client. She is based in the Ionian, and is actively relocated to new destinations throughout the operating seasons.
‘Annya of Christchurch’ is built to a very high specification - the same quality as better known craft such as Halberg-Rassey and Njiad. She has 6’3” standing headroom throughout and has a full teak interior.
She is being offered with 2 x 1/6 shares, which will guarantee the owner 4 weeks use per year. The calendar runs between April and September each year, with each shareholder allocated a four week block (or weekly breakdown) during the operating period. Between September and April, the yacht is winterised. The share allocation rotates each year, ensuring that each shareholder receives access to premium periods. Shareholders can swap weeks as well as negotiate unused weeks from other shareholders at an agreed amount.
The approximate maintenance charges per annum are around £4950, which equate to approximately £825 per shareholder. She is Part III (SSR) registered, VAT paid and has no outstanding finance.
A recent valuation confirmed her worth at around €150,000
