Hey everyone, I'm selling a semi-finished and furnished 64ft narrowboat.
The boat has undergone a complete transformation and is semi-finished. There is still a tiny amount of work, which should take little time for anyone with DIY experience and be relatively easy.
I've put everything in bullet points to summarise the features and work facilitated. However, please don't hesitate to ask questions.
The boat is based in Weybridge, Surrey. I'm around most of the time to be able to do viewings, but ideally, I would prefer to try and keep them in blocks, so the weekend is more suitable.
I have listed as much of the remaining work as possible so you can understand what's left to do.

To do:
She's been working and lived on for 6 months, and some of the fresh paint will need touching up
Needs boxing around pipes relacing
She has a minor engine issue, which is believed to be caused by the cooling system/impeller. She still starts, so it's not critical, but it can't be left to run; otherwise, all of the oil burns off
The exterior needs work, but it would be an excellent project for hands-on people in Spring/Summer
Some of the bathroom times on the floor need replacing
The kitchen partition wall needs tiling behind the hob
Kitchen kickboards need fitting
1 Window frame in the living area needs replacing
x3 Doors are going to need to be made and fitted to separate compartments
The side hatch door woodwork needs replacing
